Sequoia is a marvelous park that you simply must visit during a road trip along the West coast of the USA. Upon entering the park we immediately spotted a bear. The sky high redwood trees will certainly blow you away and the park is also a little quieter than the other parks we have visited.

Sequoia Resort & RV Park is 45 minutes away on the most scenery roads. On arrival we were warmly received and we are handed the key to House 4. We parked our SUV in the carkit and went out exploring.

The house had a fully equipped kitchen including fridge and gas stove. Plates, glasses and cutlery were provided as well. The house has a large living room and a nice dining table. Outside we found a large terrace with a BBQ, cozy benches and a beautiful view.

There were two bedrooms with a double bed and one room with a double and a single bed. There were built-in cupboards everywhere. In addition, there were two bathrooms with soaps with honey scents. Obviously, as the owner is a beekeeper. You can even buy delicious homemade honey at the reception.

On the terrain, there is a beautiful lake where you can sail with boats. During a walk around the site, reindeer and turkeys will cross your path.

All houses have heating and air conditioning. In total there are 4 houses and 13 RV car parks, look online for the prices, as they depend on the season.
