Overnight bodybalm


  • 2 spoons of coconut oil

  • 2 spoons of shea butter

  • 2 spoons of bee wax

  • 1 spoons of jojoba oil

  • 2 spoons of magnesium oil

  • 15 drops of some aromatic oil, choose a flavour you like (I mostly use lavender, it has a calming effect on me)

How to make it:

Melt the coconut oil, shea butter and the beewax. Let it cool down for a couple of minutes. Add the jojoba oil and the magnesium oil, put inside the fridge for ten minutes. Add the aromatic oil and save in a jar.

I use the bodynalm only during the night once a week, it is a bit greasy to use by day. It is also the best remedy against sunburn.
